1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes. We accept a limited number of destination weddings each year. Travel is planned with precision and handled seamlessly, with a custom quote that includes all logistics, so you can focus on the experience while we focus on documenting it beautifully.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Absolutely. Your engagement session is designed as a curated experience. We’ll guide you through location selection, styling recommendations, timing for the most flattering light, and a simple plan that keeps everything effortless. Our direction is refined and natural, resulting in images that feel elevated, authentic, and timeless.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

To reserve your date, a signed agreement and retainer are required. The retainer is non-refundable, as it formally secures your date and our availability. If you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate based on availability; any non-recoverable costs already committed (such as travel) remain non-refundable. Updated dates may be subject to current pricing and availability.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes. You’ll receive a curated online gallery with high-resolution digital files, designed for effortless viewing, sharing, and downloading. For heirloom presentation, we offer museum-quality prints and handcrafted albums with premium materials, created to preserve your images with the finish and longevity they deserve.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes. When photography is booked alone, we can recommend a short list of vetted filmmakers whose work and professionalism align with our standard. If you prefer a fully unified creative direction, we also offer photo + film coverage through one team for a seamless, cohesive final result.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course. We welcome a short list of priorities, meaningful details, and any must-have family groupings. From there, we lead with artistry and experience, capturing the day organically while ensuring your key moments are documented with intention and elegance.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes. We schedule a planning consultation before your session or wedding to align on vision, timeline, and expectations. This ensures you feel completely confident and allows us to create with clarity on the day.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Final galleries are delivered within a clearly communicated timeframe outlined in your agreement. You’ll receive a carefully curated, fully edited collection with consistent color and finish. For weddings, sneak peeks may be provided shortly after the event, depending on the season and production schedule.
